Our policy is that payment is expected when services are rendered including co-payments and other balances that are due. If you are concerned about your ability to pay for your visit, please do not hesitate to call and speak with the office manager. Your health is our upmost concern.
We will be happy to file all insurance claims for plans in which we participate. We will provide you with an itemized bill for you to file if your plan is not on our list. Any balance due after insurance has paid will be billed to you.
Please let us know if your insurance has changed when you make your appointment. We strive to be as accurate and timely as possible with filing your claims. Occasionally, we may ask you to call your insurance plan if we come across an issue with the billing. We do not want to burden you with a bill that your plan should be paying. Your assistance is greatly appreciated in these cases.
We accept most insurance plans. it is important for you to know what your insurance requires in the way of referrals, authorizations, deductibles and co-pays, and other vital requirements. Knowing these rules will save you a possible denial of services and unexpected bill.
